Made with a unique recipe combining real cola nut grown in Sierra Leone with vanilla bean from the Forest Garden Growers Association in Sri Lanka along with organically grown sugar from India, it is an incredibly ethical choice of soft drink. Not only are farmers paid a fair price for their produce, Karma Cola also works with the cola nut farmers in the Boma village in Sierra Leone to help rebuild their communities and crops in the aftermath of war. Part of the profits are invested in community projects in Boma and Niahum, for example funds have already helped to build a bridge to connect two parts of the village, opening up the possibility of expansion.
