Kura Certified Organic Sushi Vinegar is the perfect seasoning for authentic sushi rice. It is traditionally fermented with premium rice whilst blended with salt and sugar. With a less acidic taste than most vinegar, it’s delicate and sweet flavour is also versatile and excellent in stir fry, salad dressings, and marinades.
