With a fresh, nutty flavour, Hulled Tahini has a light creamy colour and texture. Tahini is extremely versatile and can be eaten as is, or used in a wide variety of savoury and sweet dishes – including raw and vegan recipes. How to Use: The mild nutty flavour of Organic Hulled Tahini is wonderful on its own with a drizzle of Olive oil and pita, or used as an ingredient in other dips like hommos and vegan coriander pesto. Scrumptious in wraps and as a spread in place of butter. Use tahini to create fabulous dressings for fresh salads, steamed greens or fish. Tahini is great with BBQs, falafels and souvlaki. And add a little Tahini to home-baked bread – try a loaf of rye and sunflower. Hulled Tahini is also amazing in deserts.
