Lotus Baking Powder is used for increasing the volume and lightening the texture of baked goods. Baking powder is often used as a substitute for yeast to reduce the fermentation flavours. Lotus Baking Powder is gluten free, vegan and GMO free. Our baking powder does not have any added aluminium or sodium aluminium sulphate or sodium aluminium phosphate.
