The party is back! A crazy pink pet nat blend of Nero d’Avola & Vermentino. Hazy blush in the glass, the nose gives wonderful yeastiness, super clean, like walking into the kitchen while mum is baking fruit toast. The fine spritz just accentuates the fun vibes, a wine made for all-day and all-night crushing. Each variety was picked and fermented separately, the final wine was blended and bottled just prior to the Nero d’Avola finishing ferment to create the Petillant Naturel style sparkling.Ingredients
